It hasnt been coded yet or anything so its still a wrok in progress. But tell me what you guys think about the overall design and the flash itself.

It's alright. Seems kinda plain and dull though. You should definitely add something to the text in the banner to make it more exciting.

as you are makking it in flash, I sugest you to make it smother, you can add round corners, use diferent fonts for the nav bar. gradients on the backgrounds, animated buttons.

also, your image at the right is without anti-aliased (pixelated).

and add more color to it

It's a very simple layout. I would suggest adding contrast between the header font and navigation font. Try using a different font for the navigation. The logo is very choppy, smooth it out.

You can do one thing ap0c01yp5, that is you make a caption or something like that below or beside the title so that visitors can understand you and your site clearly. And also make the font of the bottons something simpler like Comic Sans etc, because it is somewhat confusing. If you like this suggestion please reply me. Bye!

Yeah your right. Ive gotten plenty of people saying my font is hard to read. Thanks for the suggestion
