This one I like. Still don't have a lot to work with (brushes, color, hot text) but I figure I'll just practice until I get the knowledge to load them? into my photoshop...

I agree. Color is what catches peoples eye. Also I'ld add some opacity to your render..just what i would do :D

And don't forget a border!

Anyway, even though it doesn't have any color, I do like it.
It's great for a second sig, way better than my second siggie!

Thanks for all the critiquing, but when I went to put the border after following an online tutorial, I noticed that I couldn't select the option to do so. Same as color. Do you have to load these into your program. And if so, does it stay loaded for a future project. All answers are very welcome.

one of the easier ways with the most control (for the colors) is make a new layer on top of the image and set its blending mode to color, then paint the colors u want on that layer. Only other way i know of is to work on the actual layers with the selection tool and such, just tedious....

very good for a 2nd, the lighting of render is very good.
Although maybe strengthen a part to create a focal point and also read sup on some text tutorials and work on that, then you'll be set in no time.

Yes, add color. That is vital. Another thing is try to make the comic transition more with the rest of the image. Perhaps blur the comic a tad to sort of remove the harsh lines.
