I have been thinking for a while about moving into a new career path. I enjoy computer netowrking but I am really
starting to enjoy art more.

How did you get into art and what was your first step into becoming better at art? I am asking this to find out ways to help me learn more about art and where I should start and how one path leads to another.

Tutorials were always my greatest learning tools. And constant critisizm on my worked help me alot. The best thing that helped me was join a graphics community with nice people and just blend in with them and ask for advice. In my eyes, the best way to learn is to see other peoples work and try and do the same style or something similar. Then pretty soon your creating stuff from your imagination.
