sorry about not replying, been away for a bit. but now...

Keep the css valid buttons at the bottom.

My suggestion is to have more things going on on the actual page design. There is a lot stuffing going on in the background, but the actual content is presented very plainly.

thanks for your reply, the content is plainly displayed for 2 reasons:

1 - its only rubbish content so i can see how things would look with some content.
2 - as it is only rubbish content, its not finnished, i do intend to add more flare, but just not too much.

I agree that the content is displayed plainly, but thats how i think content should, in the end. We don't go to a site for it's layout but for it's content and this has to be easily accessed and plain inferont of you. The layout draws peoples attention but to have to much round the text leaves the site pointless as the reader is no longer concentrating on the content and will probably forget everything you said in the space of the day, ruling out the whole point of its existence, so remember simplicity is good :)

thanks for your reply, i agree that simplicity is the key, but like i said above, its not completed. I WILL be making it a bit fancier but not too fancy!

i like it, the logo is nice. i don't like the links (why you cut the writing?, thy thinking about something else)

thanks, although the logo wasnt made by me, it was from a custom shape set. (which i discoeverd to be from artwork of some band...i think ill need to be changing it lol). as for the links, truth be told i have no idea, but thanks. you've made me realise:

1 - its pointless
and
2 - it obscures the text (which is actually pretty obvious when i come to think of it)

thats a real nice fancy design!

heh, thanks! although its not done yet, no where near done actually!

Ok, so now all that has been done, im considering changing the layout slightly. Ill reply again soon with a rough idea of what im thinking about doing!

Again, thanks for the feedback guys, greatly appreciated!

ok heres what i was thinking of changing it to (image attatched)

i wanted to use rounded corners, i like the look and i feel it looks, nicer that sharp corners. easier on the eye, if you get what i mean.
as for teh layout, the menu up top was starting to irritate me, but i didnt want everything to be stuck together, so i moved it to the left and seperated each section.

what do you think?
