Which our company are prepared to produce...
Im pretty sure its meant to be "is"
Also, remove the flash page. Its a huge turn off for many users. Users want quick and easy access to websites, Hense the ever increasing internetconnection speeds. They don't want to waste time entering a site via two pages, one that poses no benefit and another that contains the content.
The popup should open in "_blank". If you have high security settings (which some potential customers may have) it doesnt open at all.
The website isnt accessible to users with small screens, nor to those that dont have the required plugins, maybe offer alternatives, i.e Html or Css only verions.
The font is quite small maybe have alternatives for visually impaired customers (as the browser option to increase it isnt avaliable).
The blurr on the arrows needs to be removed, its irritating and pointless since most of your potential users cant see it due to the fact they dont have the manditory screensize to view the entire site.
Considering your offering a paid for service, with no clear examples of your work other than a site thats not fully functional id say the site was a shambles. Your services should so small thumb nails of example products and services that can be clicked on to view a more detailed breakdown.
The white space may look spiffy and cool to you but your not selling your services to your self, your trying to sell your services to people you have never met nor know what they like, due to that most websites play on basic and common likes such as basic use of colour, easy navigation and user friendlyness. Non of which you've taken into account.
Sure your website is Stylish but its not practical, functional or userfriendly.
A website can be broken down into 5 basic groups.
Purpose - Does it serve its purpose? Does it meet requirements? is it feasible?
Design - does it reflect well on the company.
Functionality - does it work? does it work to its full potential?
user friendlyness - easy to navigate? clear content that flows?
Cost - is it worth it?
Youve only really covered 20% of what your site can or should do.
Purpose - Your site doesnt serve its purpose as a user can't see what you have offered to prior clients and can only read what you claim to offer. Screenshots, links and previews would be an easy and simple but effective fix.
Design - Complete and utter waste of the screenspace, you need to make it avaliable to all or at least the 3 main screen sizes. You also need to increase the download speed, you might have a fast connection but some customers might not. i have a 2mb connection and it took me at least 20-30+ to download, Many people still have 56k..
Functionality - The popup needs to be removed, with cetain browser and network router settings it doesnt apear at all, the site also requires plugins for the flash, some users may not have these pre download which means it adds further downloading time to your site, and they might think well its not worth it and leave. Offer alternatives like Html or Css only.
User friendlyness - clearly ignored, having a mandatory screensize is a design mistake you will deffinetly regret. Make it so it either expands or collapses to certain screensizes. Or at the very least offer scrollbars
Cost - only you can be the judge of that.
Well you certaintly have the wow factor, but not in the good way. Its more like "wow, i wont be visiting them any time soon"
Other than that, fairly good use of clear and standard colours. It would be good as one of those free to download flash sites, not as a company website.
Edit: Ok after reading all the reviews and what not, the samples of your work need to be moved to a more obvious place. I didn't guess to click on your photos, i went straight to the navigation menu. Also i dont get why your mugs are on the home page, is it a blog or a company website? because i couldn't careless who you are i'd want to know that im getting what i pay for. maybe place the samples there rather than your portrates. Or fade them into the background and place the samples above.
