I like it, great job. The border is cool, almost if you add a second layer to it underneeth what you have. Not sure. But great job

i dont like the colors or the bubbles, other than that its cool but you could improve on it.

Any suggestions....I agree that the colors are a bit macabe, but I have to say I enjoyed the bubbles hehe 
It actually started as a header graphic (hence the length) but I decided to make a signature instead.
