Hi all, i'm wondering if someone could help me. I'm building a website
this one
I need some help with it

i was planning to make a website so that if you klick on one of the buttons that than that part of the website would slide open (so if you click Home, the other coloured bars would move to the right and the purple space would grown and the text shows up

i'm a pretty noob in flashing but i know the basic steps (well i think i know )

so if someone could help me, please reply

Well...I would create some motion tweens for all of the bars to slide open then use the "on rollover gotoandplay" to jump to the frame for the spacific catagory

each part of the site should be made on a different layer. Use a mask within a moviecip to show and hide each part of the site. Basically when you press on one of the buttons, your actionscript should tell the movie to jump to a certain frame, and that frame basically has a movieclip in it which has a motion tween of the page you want opening up etc etc.
