Hi, I am currently reading a book. I've come across the topic of normalization. I really am lost when it comes to normalizing my database. I've read tutorials before posting and still i'm having trouble. Could someone please help me with this problem. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Umm what exactly do you mean by normalizing? As in cleaning it up, optimizing it, outputting data in a certain fashion? Give me some help as to what you need help with.
