1) make a new 500 x 500 pixels image with black back ground
2) make a symbol whit a size 17 fuzzy bush like this ( try holding shift down to draw a straight line ) :
3) press: Filter > Disort > Twirl , with 200° angle
4) press: Filter > Artistic > Plastic wrap , with 15, 9, 7 as your settings
5) press: Filter > Brush strokes > Angled Strokes , with 50, 15, 3 as your settings
6) press: Ctrl+Alt+U ( and make sure that the "colorize" box is checked ), with 193, 82, 0 as your settings
7) duplicate ( Ctrl+J ) your layer 3 times, and name the 1st layer "layer1" and the 2nd layer "layer2" and the 3rd layer "layer3"
8) set the blend mode to "lighten" on all the layers
9) on "layer1" press: Edit > Transform > Flip Horizontal
10) on "layer2" press: Edit > Transform > Flip Vertical
11) on "layer3" press: Edit > Transform > Flip Horizontal and then Edit > Transform > Flip Vertical
merge the layers together ( Layer > Flatten image OR Ctrl+E 3 times)
12) on your only layer press: Filter > Distort > Polar Coordinates , with "Polar to rectangular" as the settings
13) duplicate the layer ( Ctrl+J )
14) on your new layer press: Edit > Transform > Flip Vertical , now set the blend mode to lighten and merge the layers together ( Ctrl+J )
15) NOW YOUR DONE
so ur final result should look like this:
it is great back ground for sigs like mine,so i hope u liked it

well the problem was that my shape wasnt realli in the middle so when i twirled it, the shape went different, which made the whole thing look different to yours, but neways i made it look similar though..
nice tutorial =)
