same also you've used alot of factory settings for the layer and text effects, you should explore and make your own..
Colour wouldn't go a miss either

ohh ok.. but the firefox thing i dont get. and i dont mind cause 1 out of 100 people visit using firefox.. people are saying colour is goodl..i dont know.. but here is a colour version of it..

Not to keen on the b/w version or the colour version either, but a bit of work and they'll look fine. I also agree with dannys comment
