Can anyone find a tutorial or explain how to make a button as the one attached?

too lazy to go find a tutorial bout this but...
try looking for glossy buttons or glass buttons

I've attached PSD file with this button re-created.
It's just a simple background with gradient, the top light line (this could be achieved with a gradient, but requires more tweaking) and text with drop shadow effect (white "shadow" color).
