I wanted to put a music junkebox at my website
But I'm no musican or sound forge expert
is there a website that have some free music to use?

There are Freeware sound loops, some of them are pretty long and could fit your needs. other then that, the bigger flash forums have some ads on sound cd's for 50$ or so, which are pumped with a lot of stuff which you can use.

just note that Flashkit is music loops, so they get quite annoying after few mins...

You better find free complete musics...

If I were to put a 3mb song, would it take up 3mb of bandwith, or just the size of the flash player?

The size of the file will be the bandwidth used, so in this case 3mb yes.

You better find free complete musics...

if you search for a while you will find "loops" of 40 or 50 seconds... which are not that annoying anymore.
best thing is still to get someone make your music or grab a cd from the sources mentioned above :D

If you do use music, please have a stop button, I can't stand websites that have music and don't give me a turn off option lol.

soundforge is not a music maker :D

Cakewalk and Fruitty Loops are pretty cool and easy to handle
