hey folks..i'm a newbie here! i really need someone to tell me the step-by-step to how to do Colorization, Wallies, Pictures effects[animated] and adding on things to the pictures.?

Can someone show me step by step instruction on that? or post them here...

I look in the tutorial tab, but i don't understand it at all..

Iike it tells me to make a new layer? i don't know how to do that? its my first time on Cs2 or any photoshop...

Please somebody..any training would be helpful.. just be more specific.. like click on this tab..go there and then do this..that's all i'm asking..easy to understand step... i tried to create a new docs. w/background color..but i don't know how to change the background color to a different color other than what's on the screen.

Ctrl + shift + N or Layer >> New >> Layer

The only thing I can think of is that you search for easy tutorials, to get the basics. I'd start with basic help and navigation tutorials and then you can ask your questions in this forum
