Do you want to re-create it in vectors, high resolution raster or just layered Photoshop file?

this is no vector, just raster, so grab photoshop, take the ABC letters, vectorize them in photoshop, size them up, refine it, creathe the black pill with some bevel and emboss effects, and then go and trail and error with the nebula's. The tiny cicles wont be hard then.

Wazzup - but he may need it in real vectors, in regular vector format like AI/EPS.
That's why I asked what does he mean by re-creating

yeah in illustrator it will be hard to create the nebula's. But if he wants to animate it wont be nessecairy to be vector. Just make large bitmaps or PNG's from the parts u want to animate.
