Using Photoshop & Imageready?
If so, I wrote a tutorial a while ago http://www.13dots.co...showtopic=14217
You can also search for 'Animated text' here in Pixel2life.

You can use the first tutorial I gave you. Just add a white frame (hidding all the layers) after the layer where the letter appear. Then repeat for each letter.
In my tut:
Then, in the next frame, hide the '1' layer, setting its layer to invisible (clic over the eye to make a layer invisible).
Repeat for each letter.
And finally, after the last letter (s in your case), create a new frame and set all letters to visible.
If you read the tutorial, you'll get how animation works and then you'll be able to customize it.
In my tut:
myself said:
2. With the first frame selected, set '3','d','o','t','s' layers as invisible (clic over the eye to make a layer invisible). So we have only the '1' layer as visible.
Then, in the next frame, hide the '1' layer, setting its layer to invisible (clic over the eye to make a layer invisible).

3. Now, with the third frame selected, make '1' and '3' layers visible.
Repeat for each letter.
And finally, after the last letter (s in your case), create a new frame and set all letters to visible.
If you read the tutorial, you'll get how animation works and then you'll be able to customize it.
