Hi all,

I've been working on a project for almost a month now... and things are raelly getting up to speed latetly. I've been recruiting 4 good PHP coders that are willing to work on the project.
Although it's hard to keep in touch with everyone constantly and find out what progress they've made, etc...
It's also hard to make a good schedule and todo list, so I was thinking about a good project managing program. I know microsoft has Office Projects but this is just a hobby so I'm not going to buy that :) . It would be nice if all my members could login (maybe a php site) and enter the percentage of how much they've been making progress on their tasks etc... So I can know exactly how the project is evolving according to the timeline. So I don't have to look myself or ask them how their tasks are going.

I've been searching on sourceforge but couldn't really find anything helpful.
Do you guys know some good programs? Or does anyone have some good tips for me to keep in mind during this project.
It's my first time I'm working on this and it's a really challenging task so I could really use some help :P

Thanks,
Jasper

I have been playing the flute for 6 years now and I love it, and I am playing the pipe organ as well. I also like to teach other people the in and outs of software such as the CS3 suite from Adobe.

I belive I heard of a project manager something like the name of phpProjects or something, I am not 100% sure.

I only have one experience on working more people on a coding project and that is to make sure that two people aren't working the same file and overwriting each others things... that is annoying ^_^
