First of all make 3 layers. And change the frame rate to 30fps
Rename them: Mask, Shine, and Text in that exact order from top to bottom.
1. Select your 'text' layer and type in your text eg. Zeylin with the text tool and play around with it until you're satisfied.
2. Copy this, select the 'mask' layer and then press Ctrl + Shift + V to copy it in exactly were it was. Now right click this text in your 'mask' layer and select Break Apart. This should break your text into individual letters. Repeat and it will now be a set of shapes. //Masks only work with shapes.
3. Right click on your 'mask' layer and select Mask. Now that you have selected Mask, the 'shine' layer you name earlier will become indented.
4. Select the Rectangle Tool, click and drag a suitable sized box (in your shine layer). Make the fill white, or whatever you want. Maybe play around with its alpha or gradient. Rotate the rectangle to the desired angle and place it infront of the text
5. Create a key frame at frame 50 and paste the rectangle in frame 50 on the same layer. Select the rectangle and place it behind the text.
6. Select frame one of the 'shine' layer and on the properties menu down the bottom select Motion Tween.
7. Press Ctrl + Enter to test...
