There shouldnt be a break between the Pure Thanks and stuff and the content how it goes
White
grey break
White content
But you did really well on the content area this time, love it, but now you lack in the header, so integrate one of your good headers into this one and you will have a very nice layout, good work.

You know the banner, and the navigation, it should be like that. I didnt think to make it darker. I will edit that.
PurePower was in a different colour, but connected. Why not carry on the theme?
Its not the greatest design, as it took hardly any time, but I want to make simple designs so that I can practise my coding

I see, but it matched the background colour so just looks like a break in it ya know.
I think it is a great design, well would be if you did more the the header like you did in the last two, if you mixed that second one with all the text and this I would be in love lol.

I got told on other forums that my banners were, excuse the language and I quote, "crap".
They were too big, too bold, and too ugly.
I didnt agree with them as I loved my banner for the second design that aussie was talking about!
Here is an update, causing all of my coding to be wrong ''/ Slight edit there

I don't think that a bunch of text would be a good background :\
