The main navigation definatly needs some sort of rollover.
the rest of the design is nice, I was expecting better coding but eh, it looks good, nice work.

your layout is almost full image-based
you should use 1px width backgrounds for cells and use just text at the tabs.
And I don't know why there is a big empty chrome bar between the content and the header. and even on that you used a full image istead of a 1px width background for faster loading
also your menu is all based on imgages when there is just plain text and a background... here you could have used the cell background with 1 px widht (AGAIN)

<!-- ImageReady Slices (CreativDesigns1.psd) -->
A sure sign of disaster lol.
Learn how to slice and properly code a layout (www.slicingguide.com) and come back and ask me again about the layout
It's got some potential, but the layout is nothing atm.

pretty heavy page for not that much content..
Imageready slices and just a huge bunch of tables. Start using CSS to layout your site

well it has nice colors, but everyone is right, you need to use CSS, cut down on the image dependancy, and read slicingguide.com so that you can have this baby coded better, right now the code looks like a nightmare. anyways you obviously have potential if you can create something like this, but you need to work on those 3 things. make sure to post again when you redo it.

Thanks everyone for the replies!
I do realize that I need to brush up on my coding skills, its just that I have been practicing much more designing then coding but you guys opened my eyes on how much more I have to learn in order to be considered O.K. I think in a few days im gonna revamp the coding with CSS.
Thanks for your comments!

i think the nav should have rollover and what is up witht the huge amnount of blank space between the header and content. and finally the forum should be inegrated into the website.
