Could anyone give me a link to or write an ajax tutorial that does somewhat like pixel2lifes homepage where you can select Site New, Community, Articles, Weekly Features (thats just an example) and when you click it, it has the loading image too.

Also could someone give me a tutorial where if you have a DIV and then when you scroll down the page it will scroll with it.
