One of the disks in the RAID 1 array is nearing failure, this drive will be swapped tonight at 3AM EST. After the new drive is installed, data will have to be resynced to it from the old disk. This is the cause of slow page generation times, and much of the intermittent downtime experienced lately (that which was not caused by the network issues, which have since been resolved).
