Should i be getting "empty or too short search query" error when searching with 3 words?

It does it quite a bit, not just that search term, so my guess is its the wrong error message? Probably meant to be "no results"? Just my guess

To get around this put quotes around the bug = "bug"

+ As you can see using bug: http://www.pixel2lif...arch/all/bug/1/ works fine on the site search, so i doubt a 7,6,or 5 letter word should be prevented

Error: Empty or Too Short Search Query.
Just try typing random letters into the search bar and hit go.

That is what i ment by mixed up error messages. I realise what i causing the error, but am disputing the returned message. If nothing is found in the database no one wants to read "Error: Empty or Too Short Search Query" as that will make them think they have to use different words in the search when infact there is nothing to find.
It may be intentional, it may not be, so lets just wait for someone on the dev team who knows to reply.

The error is the same if your query is too short or no results were found.
