Should the Categories be on top of the main navigation menu or under it like it is now?

Pixel2life is well known for Tutorials so the main focus should be tutorials, <_< so a little undecided.

I think under, seeing main navigation kind of means MAIN navigation as in, the the that is main... I'm gunna stop babbaling. Under! :)
