2 Questions:

1) Where can I find a good tutorial on the Flash 8 Video import feature that automates the video player interface? I can't seem to find a good one that shows how to setup a preloader and buffer etc.... (and yes i have searched p2l lol)

2) I am working on the video basic turorials from GoToandLearn.com. I am to the point where I have a video player, with a working scrubber bar. I want to put three or four videos on one page, but I don't want it to immediately load when a user comes to the page. How can I make the video stop loading the external FLV file when the user comes to the page, and then when the user clicks the play button, it buffers for 15 seconds and then plays?

Thanks a bunch!

1) what do you mean with "automates the video player interface"
2) take out the line
ns.play("...");
