Hi there! I would like to learn how to make from a photo like a secuarity camera look!
The blue screen with stripes in it, with all the time, and all the other stuff on it! Like low batery ore something! Could you help me with that?! And if you can add something what else I must add on the screen!

The lines are called "scanlines" search the tutorial index for this, there are tons out there.
to get a monochrome blue, like a black and white image exept all the gray is blue like some security cameras does, press Ctrl-U to bring up the Hue-saturation modifier box. cheak the little box in the lower right corner that says colorize and pull the hue (the topmost) slider untill you have the blue colour you want.
To make the time, just select your text tool and type in the time you want.
to make a batery (most security cameras are conected the the grid tho) use your rectangualar marque tool and fill rectangles in the shapeof a 2d holowed out batery.

I didn't understand some things in the text what was written by Dance so I didnt make it! But after some time I understood it and in the next project I will make it!
