I have 3 problems:

1)sometimes when i open flash the hotkeys won't work until i randomly fix it while im typing

2)is there any way to make a border around the work area when you testing the movie without
actually drawing a border

3)Is there a way to make your own hotkeys

1) very weird
2) just draw a transparent filled rectangle with a black border around your stage, and lock that layer so it doesn't come on your way.
3) Edit-> Keyboard Shortcuts
