try clearing your cache failing that if you are using firefox go to View -> page style and select visual if it is not already.

Do you have CSS enabled? If you have a developer bar for FF, you probably hit the disable stylesheets. You probably viewed the page when NG or myself was re-uploading the CSS file. Clear your cache and try again.

Make sure you don't have it set on Lo-Fi Version 
Iv done that alot myself when I was new to forums, and I could never figure out what I did wrong until someone pointed it out. Deleteing Cookies, Cache and temporary files may help.
