Thanks a lot guys
I really enjoyed this competition, I've seen some great entries. Even better, I saw a lot of members improve along the way! A true example of a learning experience. Shows the value and importance of practice, learning along the way.
Also a thank you to Discontinuity for running this competition the way it should be run. Not simply a focus towards getting the best entry, he took the time to guide the members who designed their first logo, and what it takes to make a quality entry. The improvement in logo's proved this approach works. I hope I put in my 2 cents as well by explaining my creation along the way.
May I also use this 'podium' to promote my upcoming competition? It's already pinned and can be found here -> http://www.pixel2lif...showtopic=25205
Seeing this competition did great with a money prize attached, we may decide to throw that in as an EXTRA prize.. Check it out and send in your applications! We already got a dozen, but I like to have a choice. Besides, I've seen a lot of talent in this comp, and there are a few that havent applied yet

Ya I read that... I'm not the greatest layout designer, and I don't have many examples to show, so I don't think I'll enter.
