Glad to hear from you Ty. Well for the most part, I'm glad the server I was on was not affected.

They aren't down... they were moved to diff DC and the IPs have changes as far as I know. You need to check Nagios. Ty simply hasn't updated the status page on serverseed.com.

Dan

There are a few problems with that, though.

1. I don't have any access that I know of to the Nagios thing (no user/pass combination I have used with my Serverseed account works, and the entire thing is password protected)
2. My site is still down
3. Delta.ServerSeed.com is still down
--3a. The above points tend to make me believe that yes, the server IS still down, and not just moved
4. If the server was renamed and I can access cpanel via a new IP or something it would have been nice to get an email about that, and it would have been nice if my site wasn't left inaccessible
5. My ticket remains unanswered... I have emailed Ty since he posted in this thread AND replied to my ticket since then to let him know it has been unanswered as well. (though now I am having trouble getting the ticket to load)

Of course, my ticket just says that my site is down... and has been for 8 days.

I am still rather unhappy about all of this.

It seems like a lot of you have said that your problems were fixed, but that hasn't been the case for me. I've still been ignored and my site has been down for over a week now. :o I still have my fingers crossed about this getting rectified, but I'm not really holding my breath, at this point.

Nagois is guest/guest

I've asked a few times for ppl to PM me their tickets if they are still unanswered and they've all been taken care of. Don't think you sent me yours though... The ticket system got pooched, that's why I asked everyone to send me their ticket IDs :o

Ah, guest/guest ... that's a trick :)

But this is distressing: all the servers are listed up, but there is no such server as Delta anymore. :( If my site was moved, I was never told and it doesn't work (perhaps the nameservers changed or something?).

Anyway, I just PMed you with my ticket number, Dan. Thanks! :)

Well, like I said, would've been nice to get an email that I had been moved. :) I still have the original email from May 2005 when I first signed up with Serverseed saying I was on Delta (which was the server with the PHP5 developer accounts). :)

Anyway, here's hoping it gets resolved soon.

Oh, and gamma.serverseed.com/~username doesn't seem to work for me either. Not sure if it should.

Ah, sorry, I didn't even realize I had a PM. Not used to IPB (I mostly use vBulletin).

Replied. :)

Also...

Hmm, and here's something. My domain is at least resolving now, but still timing out before anything happens.

Resolves to 67.18.223.90... which according to DNSStuff.com is delta.serverseed.com at ThePlanet. Which is what my original email from Serverseed says (same IP). But then DNSStuff also says that delta.serverseed.com doesn't exist... so I have no idea.

It's in the email you get when you first submitted the support ticket.

*sigh* Well... with Dan's help I finally got a reply from Tyler on my ticket. He said it was an isolated issue, and asked some questions about my account--which I answered.

But that was about 21 hours ago, and my site's still down and I haven't heard anything else from Tyler.

I'm happy that so many of you seem to have had your problems fixed, but the support still leaves something to be desired. And now my site has been down for going on 10 days. :/

Check your ticket status and see if it's updated. If not, respond to the ticket email and cc tlott@serverseed.com

Fingers crossed.

Well, I never did get a reply. ;)

Seems Tyler is missing in action again... at least when it comes to my ticket/problem.
