need help with this tut

Hey all,

I was trying to follow this part of this tut http://www.buffalode...om/lay_star.htm to make a bad a** star and was wondering if anyone could help me with it it tells you to do somthing with the direct selection tool
but when I click on that tool in PS it says no option for the Direct Selection Tool can some one please help me figure this out

Sorry for my lack of use with this tool.. but are there supposed to be options? I think you should be able to still follow the tutorial.. and I dont think it has any its just one tool.. :)

oh alright i figured it out thanks when i first read it i didnt understand what you meant but i finaly figured out how to use the tool thanks for the help :laugh:

"This tool has no options". lol

hehe its all good after i read what you said a couple times after it hit me and then i also relized just because a tool dont have options dosnt mean it dosnt have a main purpose just took me a min how to work the tool but now i got it and my star looks pimp :(
