maybe rollovers, flash banner, round corners

I did rollovers. My coded version has rollovers. I totally suck with flash so I don't think i will be able to create a nice banner.

i'd change the font on the links - maybe make your logo stand off the background, i'm not a fan of the reflection but some people will like it. it's got a nice balance, how about showing us how you'd like the content to look?
