I've been thinking about making one, but - the question is what would actually be needed?

It would connect loads of clones to an irc network and a channel and then CTCP ping someone reapeatedly.

Pseyucode (or however its called) would be helpful :D

(Pseyucode being text form of a language, so your typing in words rather than the langauge)

I believe you want to give the ability for people to download files from you or to serve files -> File serve -> Fserve, right?

which comes native on most IRC clients I have seen, in fact I believe it is native in IRC.

there are several scripts and such, you can search Google, that will automate the Fserve functions for you. :P

lol, and I just noticed, this should actually be in General Help. :D

I believe flooding someone repeatedly with CTCPs is quite pointless and not allowed on most servers <_<

Sorry guys, but that's just not cool... In fact, that kind of activity is illegal depending on where you live and I'd rather not be the kind of site that teaches people how to do that.
