Looks good. I would suggest getting the workaround for Flash in the IE browser. Dreamweaver has it. Visitors using IE will have to click on the Flash menus to activate them on every page. That can get annoying.

Itīs a nice site you got there :D Just a few things I personally donīt like that much:
- While the top of your site is really colorful, the bottom part seems quite grey and boring. I want to play with your menus and look at the header more than I want to read your content.
- Iīd like some more top-padding on your left navigation (tutorials, resources, etc...)
- The computer at your left, the adverticing-spot, is really annoying.

is a bit too colorful at the top and the content is like just grey and white, maybe if you use a color scheme and use it on the main content too, that would help alot, but overall its good, very neat

Indigo hey, about computer... it`s my idea,
my strategy was , the banner will be annoying, but 99% people will click on it.
About psychology - in my opinion, all colorful elements have ( i don`t know it`s correct in english) the mania of the attraction

About colorful it`s my idea...
(Vividly)
Danny i know, you can open all buttons with links, it`s not bad, but my idea too.
Yea site is very colorful, but i wantув to do this.
:)
It`s very interesting, you have your own opinions.
Thx for comments i will think about it.
