PS - Heres a tutorial i wrote:

1. Choose your linear gradient tool, with the mode difference. Then just go craaazeey with it and click alot of times on the screen. (press alot of times to get a good result)
2. Duplicate the layer and and go edit>transform>flip horizontal. Then set the layer
mode to and press ctrl+e.
3. Go filter>stylize>find edges, then press ctrl+u and check the "colorize" box and
choose a color you like.
OPTIONAL (and suggested)
Duplicate the layer and go filter>distort>polar coordinates then choose polar to
rectangular then set the layer mode to linear dodge.
Heres my final result :

i like and fixing to try it but there is 1 problem seems no one else noticed.

then set layer mode to .... u didnt put it so im asuming from other tuts its lighten but i could be wrong.
