hello, im making a spinning yin and yang symbol in paint shop pro. i can export it as a gif with a transparent background and looks great. i open it up in animation shop, apply the 'rotate' affect and it looks great, but when i go to save and it optimises the white of the yin and yang goes like a pasty grey. ive tried tweaking the settings but i cant fix it, even on 'best image quality' it just doesnt work. anyone experienced this and found a work around?

You are still saving it as a gif right? Cause I don't remember you getting quality offers when you save a gif?

when u save the image from animation shop its always a gif and it runs a wizard program when u save it to fix up any issues. however no matter what tweaking i do the plain white usually ends up a slightly dirty colour.

below shows the what im talking about. the image on the left is the original image before having the rotation effect applied, then after. now WHY should it reduce quality?

That seems like it is just taking up the contrast on it. Cause the image on the left is barely visible.

You have a transparent background seemes its trying to outline with hard pixles, try to use a colored background.
