I really like it. The only thing is that the text is just a little hard to read in a couple of spots. (only a few letters)

The render is too BLUE !
the text is dificult to read ..

make the background more blue - the grey isn't working with the render atm, not liking the border - too bold

how should u chage the border???

1 pixel black border would work fine... delete the border u have now, make a new layer above everything.... goto edit > stroke > set the colour (black would be fine)... 1px and inside... hit OK, the Ctrl + D to deselect and ur border will be done - hope this helps

well that's wot id do for time being the current border distracts away from the main image atm

I dont like it sorry, one i hate tech sigs, two tech/grunge works even less for me when combined. The motion blur doesn't work with a nice render like that it just comes of kinda cheap and tacky, sorry i must say I don't like it.
