I'm looking into making a game with javascript or java and I was wondering which one I should use? And could someone please direct me towards the plugins, gaming tutorials, etc. for that language. I've looked here but haven't found much that helped. Thanks.

Most common misconception on the entire web...
JAVASCRIPT IS NOTHING LIKE JAVA. They are COMPLETELY different languages!!!

If you are looking into gaming, you'd use Java applets.

Yeah I knew they were different but I was wondering which would be better. So now I know what to use, but I'm on a 98 so JDK is a bit big for my computer. Is there any other compilers that work but are smaller?

EDIT: Nevermind, I found an online compiler. Thanks!
