I'm just woundering if there was because i hvn't found any as of yet and i'd like to try it,but i woudn't know where to start now

to code in english
just for websites and things like that

If you want to make sigs, you need a photo editing program like Photoshop (probably most common one used at P2L).

For making websites you need to learn HTML and/or photoshop

...Confusing...coding a website basic has to do with HTML...then when you get more advanced start using CSS. Then go onto dynamic with PHP using MySQL Databases...

If you want to do sigs then photoshops the option to choose.
If you want to do websites then i suggest starting at the HTML stage preferably using dreamweaver or microsoft frontpage.
