Flowing Water Effect in Flash ?

Can Anybody pls tell me how to create "Flowing water effect" in Flash.. ? :) just like flowing rainey drops..

you can't! unless you have a bunch of mathematics script running which would generate it..
Again easiest way to create such effects is going into After Effects and create it there..

No.. It is a water droplet. something like this image..


what u nead 2 do is make a gif animation in photoshop the animate it in image ready with animation menu then u have 2 file> save optimized then u inport it to flash with ctrl r :) good luck ^^

that's just a drop look a like shape with a transparent to white radial gradient.. using blend modes you then able to get that "color dodge" effect on the egde of the drop.

Next time be more precise :)
