I have make my first 3D thing in C4D

but ware can i save it as .jpg or something ???

Render to Picture Viewer > Then after it is rendered in the window go to file and select Save Picture As. You can adjust the options for the picture viewer in Edit Render Settings.

very nice, but while we're at it - maybe some one can tell me how i can save my animation as a .avi or something like that?? i can only get it to make me a small preview video in bad quality.

NVM found out, you just had to change the render settings and then use the render to picture viewer.
