It's rather busy, I take it your new to Graphics. Just read up on some tutorials and work on the layout of things.

I'v been working with photoshop pretty long so I'm not that new :D
Personly, I think it rocks ;) , but I'll read some tutorials so I can get better :D

It looks like you are trying to mix grunge with a plastic affect and a techy sorta grid. Even really great designers have trouble with that. Try removing the grey metal sort of stuff and add a more complicated background. Also take down the opacity on the grid a bit or replace them with faded scan lines.
