Synitex don't mean to be harsh here but that still needs a lot of work for a completely restored photo. I can see a lot you missed, example or not it's unfinished.

I wouldn't go offerring services too quickly unless they remain free.

Hey Synitex,

As someone who LOVES photo restoration, I thought I would chime in here too. While your efforts are good, you still need to work on your detail stuff. The fold down the middle is extremely obvious on the lower half of your image, so that pic needs some reconstructive surgery done to it :) Also, you've left a lot of specs and noise in the sky... you need to clean all that up quite a bit. The last major issue is the lighting of the photo in general... it's very dark and the tone has degraded from time and has lost a lot of range. The entire lighting needs tweaking to bring out the details and brighten the photo again. Just be careful not to go too bright or you'll wash out parts, and don't go crazy on contrast or you'll lose darkened details.

Keep up the good work! Restoring photos can be very satisfying work when you get to see the look on your client's face.

Not a bad attempt, I basically agree with Dans comments. It still needs some work but could look good when it's finished.

agreed, its a good start, the most obvious is gone but there is still much to do.

Ya im guessin something on those lines, since most of the experienced photoshop users here could do similar work...

Now if it was also a colour restoration id be impressed. I do remember a tutorial that passed a while ago on restoration and colouring b&w photos
