I really like it. It has a nice clean look to it and good use of colours. Only thing to improve would be the links as they dont suit the rest of your sleek design. Otherwise well done!

The text in the header is almost impossible to see man! Make it more visible

Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm....

It looks to me a bit too much like a mod'd Kubrik wordpress theme. It looks better though. I like the buttons on the right, the gradient and the headers. The glossy banner is good as well, the font needs to be a bit darker though.
