looks good - havent really got anything i'm not keen on except the background line pattern loos a lil strange to me...

nice maybe make the 'your website ' and the ' lorum ipsen ' boxes goin together going to down on the left instead of having your website being slightly wider.

looking quite good mate, i'll try and give you some constructive critique.
Alright.
+ the overall flow of the design is pretty good
+ The colours are nice
+ Navigation looks very nice
+ Overall typography is nice
And a few little things which bother me:
- Black Empty space above "yoursite.com" - im not sure if it would look better with a logo or not...
- Stock image is a bit boring, try enhancing it.
- Add some dummy text so i can see the what the design would really look like.
- "morestuff" gradient doesn't reach border.
Thats all i can really find, but i very good effort mate, nice one

I didn't noticed the thing about the "morestuff" gradient, 
and I may work on a logo.. I just really couldn't be bothered at the time
