and that is why I use photobucket, I never really trusted imageshack though I have used it for quick uploads that I was too lazy to put in my photobucket

i've never seen any of those windows come up after clicking imageshack thumbs

I'll keep using imageshack, this just seems like nonsence.

I use it and despite it's true that some pop-ups appear when you click on a thumbnail, I've never seen a pop-up like those mentioned in the article before.

the only reason i brought it up is because i did get the popup, also i googled imageshack, and it was around that 2 :s

Oh bummer. Iv never had that happen to me but man, thats gotta suck. I use Imageshack for quick uploads to show someone but I use Photobucket. Thanks for the warning though

I get a damn annoying full-screen jamba popup lately on imageshack, starts playing music on mouseover, wish i could get rid of it

I get popups without even clicking on thumbnails. And I dont get this Winfix, but I get Errorsafe, which I suspect is just as bad. It gave me lots of popups and spyware that site. I got my computer serviced, fixed all the popups and added 4 new anti virus/spyware programs, and I've never used it since. I really dont like imageshack; Photobucket is the only one I trust, although they've been having some major maintainance lately and the images keep going down :S.
