hello fellow pixel2life members. i come to you in desparation because i cannot solve this problem. please view this site in Internet Explorer, and then Firefox/Safari and you will immediatly notice the difference in the top links rollovers.

www.static-zero.com/indierags

in internet explorer there is obviously unwanted spacing between the images

in firefox/safari, there is no spacing and all of the images are right on top of eachother where they are supposed to be...

someone please help if you know what could be causing this problem... thanks guys and girls!

Have you tried to clear the img tag padding/border with CSS ? Maybe it could help (i'm not quite sure, i haven't coded CSS in awhile)

PS: I don't find the space that IE puts bad. But it's your design ! hehe

It has always been my experience that IE and Firefox/Safari space things differently, with IE usually being the less desirable of the two. IE seems to add more padding around images/applets/forms/frames/etc. I usually try to view all designs in IE while in development, and then run them across Firefox to make sure nothing is f-ed up. I know it sucks, but until we can all cut our MS umbilical cord, there's nothing we can do about it.
