It looks to me thats just PHP Nuke or some other content management system, with a theme made by Destine Designs. I don't see anything that you have made. So nothing there really to say!

I not really a bug fan of sliced websites becoue they take alot to load, but your website is ok

its ok a better logo would be good and if your site looks like a portal then the forum should look teh same.

header is too dark and the headers of the content boxes look tacky with the red rectangles.

the speakers look cool... but if the first post is right then you didnt evne make them. your logo or whatever it is, is very hard to read

I don't really like it at all - sorry, that's just my opinion, I don't like the industrial look of the site or the header.
