After doing my slicing "correctly", and making sure that my two repeating bars on each side will surely stretch out, I need some help. My main table right in the middle is giving me one big of a headache. I know how HTML works, but I'm not an expert at it. Firstly when I want to create a new table over it on the top, it either ends up below it or it screws the top of my template. I try making the main content table "image" a background instead but then my template from the left to right collides together. I looked around for tuts that show me a similiar technique I try pulling off but nothing's working for me right now. Is there any suggestions to my problem?
Help with template

haha so many times ive had this problem with my slices its simple to do you see the tag <td col=4 or sommot like that keep that then delete the image tags type background="whatever.gif" leave teh size if you want but dont remove that colspan as its will collapes ur tables.
<td colspan="4" background="whatever.gif"> text area now <td>
should look something like that not sure of the exact code just delete the image tags and inset the image as a background like that above.
hope this helps if not then im sure if i follow you hehe
