If its just 1 letter your better off designing it yourself.

What letter is it you want, in what kind a style?

Kind of style of the one in the pic.

I can't design it, cuz im a n00b @ photoshop...i just follows some tutorials...now, making graphics per say....dunno even how to start :s

What kind of tutorial should i do to learn to create graphics and fonts ?

u'll want to learn the pen tool, i find it the most useful tool when i make logos...

no, you dont need illustrator at all to create a logo.
dont exactly what you ment with 'primitive fonts', but looks on http://www.dafont.com/ under dingbats, maybe thats what your looking for
