I understand maybe an odd place to post this is a tutorial site but I was interested in turning my site into someplace similar to how this runs. (www.GraphicsC.com)

-Users can submit a URL of a tutorial with a catagory (I can figure out an image or something) which is... I guess posted to a mySQL database and then it would be displayed later on in that sections page or something of that sort.
-A search that searches through those sections.

The site's running on an e107 CMS system but I can have standalone pages. I'm willing to change stuff around to do what it takes.

Details:
-So far I have a few other people working on helping me with this, but I need someone who truly knows what to do to give us some hints. (even if you guys just stear me towards tutorials or something I could figure it out, I do alot of php programming).
-Have the design part of the site done. (And very capable friends with design)

I've done something like this before, if you need some help I can guide you a bit. :)
I might not be completely available to actually build the thing for you, as I have a needy client to work for most of the time. :$
